Radiance Manila Bay - Towers


The Radiance Manila Bay carries the cultural and historic name of a place well-known for its beautiful sunset, and that is Manila Bay. The view of Manila Bay will have the majority of one unit in the project.

Radiance Manila Bay is located in Pasay City along Roxas Boulevard. It is right in front of the Philippines Cultural Center. Its location is within the vicinity of major institutional landmarks, commercial establishments, government buildings and convention centers.

What’s around The Radiance Manila Bay
A place where one can be calmed by the sea and relax with this lovely view.  A significant landmark is few blocks away such as the Rizal Park, the baroque-style Malate Church, Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas, the Baywalk and the US Embassy.  The Historic Walled Fort Santiago and City of Intramuros is a calesa or jeepney ride away.  The Cultural Center and National Museum of the Philippines is just a stone throw away making it an area haven for art enthusiasts. From Ninoy Aquino International Airport via Roxas Boulevard it is also noted that it is located only a few kilometers away.  Casinos are also nearby.
